Curated by Cacky Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each item is custom embroidered and made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please be careful when placing your order as no changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production. This includes personalized items, custom logos, monograms, and made to order pieces. These items cannot be canceled or changed after approval.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the request and determine an appropriate solution.

We do not offer refunds for
Incorrect sizing selected by customer
Color preference changes after ordering
Shipping delays once the order has left our studio
Normal variations in embroidery, placement, or fabric
